To redeem your member admission online:
  •  Select the Membership ticket option
  • Add any extra tickets if needed
  • Continue through the booking process to checkout
  • Enter your Membership ID at the final checkout stage

If using multiple memberships in one booking, please enter each Membership ID individually.

Booking Planetarium Tickets? The tickets will pop up as an option on the second page.
*Please note that Planetarium Admission is not included in your Annual Pass, so you must buy it separately.

Tickets are on sale until 2 minutes before the experience starts, but may sell out sooner, so don't miss out!

Booking protection

Flexibility to reschedule up to 7 days before the experience starts is included with your booking.

Ticket requirements

1 Annual Pass Redemption ticket must be purchased for every 6 Annual Pass Guest tickets.
