Douglas Pumpkin Patch - Booking Policy

1\. Tickets & Bookings

• All tickets must be purchased online in advance. 
• Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the date and time booked.

 2. Cancellations & Refunds

• No refunds or cancellations within 7 days of the event date. 
• The event will proceed in all weather conditions (rain, hail or shine) except where a Status Red Weather Warning is issued by Met Éireann, in which case the event may be cancelled or rescheduled.

 3. Event Operations 

• Management reserves the right to alter, close, or limit access to any part of the event for safety or operational reasons. 
• In the unlikely event of cancellation by Douglas Pumpkin Patch (excluding force majeure circumstances), tickets may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.

 4. Safety & Liability 

• Visitors attend entirely at their own risk. 
• Vehicles are parked on-site at the owner’s risk. Management accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or theft to vehicles or personal property. 
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. 
• Visitors are expected to follow staff instructions and all safety signage.

 5. Photography & Media 

• Photographs and video may be taken at the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the possibility of appearing in such media unless you notify staff otherwise.

 6. General 

• Douglas Pumpkin Patch reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any visitor behaving in a manner that may cause danger, nuisance, or disruption. 
• By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms and conditions.
