Booking Policy for The Confetti Flower Field and Concert Events
Thank you for your interest in visiting The Confetti Flower Field. Before you finalise your ticket purchase, you must read and agree with our General Terms of Admittance, our Terms & Conditions of Purchase, and our Privacy Policy. 

Who we are
The Confetti Flower Field is owned by The Real Flower Petal Confetti Company, a trading name of H&R Hudson, a farming partnership at Wyke Manor, Main Street, Wick, Pershore, Worcestershire WR10 3NZ. Our Flower Field is situated on PRIVATE PROPERTY and admission is granted under the following terms: 

General Terms of Admittance

• Admission must be paid before entering the Flower Field. 
•  Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. 
• We thank you for not cutting, picking, or digging up the flowers. Be careful when walking through the fields do not damage the flowers and please keep to the paths. Help us look after the petal harvest as this is a very important product for our farm. 
•  No smoking, vaping, barbecues or stoves are permitted due to the fire risk.
•  Please do not bring your dog. No animals (except registered disability assistance dogs) are allowed in the Flower Field or the carpark, and you will not be allowed to leave them in your car at any time. 
• To protect all our crops, ball games and sports activities/equipment are not allowed in any of our farm fields. Bicycles, scooters, and large toys must be left in your car (or at your own risk at the entrance). 
• No alcohol is allowed (unless purchased at our evening events). 
• Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the countryside – please don’t bring radios, music players or musical instruments. 
• We’re sorry but we only want to see birds flying overhead. Drones and other remotely controlled aircraft are not allowed in the flower field or any of the Wyke Manor Estate. 
• People come from all over the world to enjoy the flowers – please be considerate in your behaviour. We retain the right to refuse admission or remove from the field anyone not behaving appropriately. 
• There is no access to any surrounding fields. Please do not climb fences or hedges. Please do not walk in our farm crops. 
• Please do not bring picnic chairs or tables into the fields or other bulky items. There are places to sit on-site.
• For our Concert events, picnic chairs and tables are permissible.
• You may will see staff and petals pickers working in the field – please ask their permission before taking their photographs.

Access outside of our opening dates and times is strictly by prior arrangement and subject to availability. Please email info@confettidirect.co.uk. 

Terms & Conditions of Purchase – Confetti Flower Field Admission Tickets 
Purchasing admission to The Confetti Flower Field means that you agree to our general terms of admittance (detailed above). If you have concerns with any of our clauses listed, please get in touch with us before you make a purchase. 

Please buy a ticket for each person in your party aged 5 and over. The price of admission is non-negotiable. Children aged under 5 may enter free of charge: Please let us know how many little ones will be visiting with you. There will be a question during the booking process.

At the time of entering the event venue, you are required to produce your admission confirmation email with details and QR code. You are purchasing a TIMED entry slot and you must arrive within your timeslot. If you arrive significantly outside your pre-booked time, your entry to The Confetti Flower Field will be at our discretion, based on current capacity. Once you have arrived, you may stay as long as you like until the field shuts. Please check opening times on our FAQs

Kindly note that the Beyonk platform is the sole authorised source for purchasing entry tickets to The Confetti Flower Field. If you obtain your admission from any other unauthorised source, you take on the risks of those tickets turning out to be counterfeit or reported to be stolen. The Real Flower Petal Confetti Company has the right to dishonour such stolen/counterfeit admission and declare them as void.

Confetti Flower Field tickets may not be resold, copied, reproduced or misrepresented in any form.

You cannot use admission for any promotional/advertising purposes (including sweepstakes and competitions) without our prior approval. Please contact info@confettidirect.co.uk.

Please note that we, The Real Flower Petal Confetti Company, reserve the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from our terms and conditions – without any prior notifications to you. Please check our website www.confettidirect.co.uk for daily updates before you travel. These changes will relate back to the date of purchase of The Confetti Flower Field tickets.

Privacy Policy
The Real Flower Petal Confetti Company is committed to maintaining your privacy. Your personal details will be stored securely (password protected) on the Beyonk website. We need your details for the purposes of communicating with you and administering your admission to the field. We may also use your email address to follow up a booking, where appropriate. Your information will be stored on Beyonk’s website indefinitely and may be accessed by The Real Flower Petal Confetti Company staff in the future in case of new/repeat orders or for our own purchase analysis.

Card details are processed securely by Beyonk’s payment partners and are not stored.

The Real Flower Petal Confetti Company does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties.
