🚌 A field trip to Western Belle Farm is always a fun day! 🚌 Please note: This chaperone/sibling ticket is only redeemable for admission to field trips that are scheduled by your student's school. Public & Private Schools: This ticket will get any (1) accompanying chaperone or sibling admission to the farm for the scheduled field trip with your student's class. These date-specific tickets are only redeemable at your child's field trip.  Homeschool Co-Ops: If you are a part of a homeschool Co-op that has scheduled a field trip, you will need (1) ticket per person ages 3+.  Scheduled field trips to the farm take place Tuesday-Fridays from 9:00am to 1:00pm and Fridays in October 9:00am to 6:00pm Most public/private schools pay for the students and this ticket is intended only for chaperones, siblings and Homeschool Co-Ops not being invoiced as a group An admission ticket is required for all ages 3+   You must confirm with your student's school whether they are allowing siblings to attend prior to purchasing them a ticket. This is NOT a decision made by Western Belle Farm.   Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to scan your admission ticket(s) and get your wristband(s). This allows us to get moving right away once the students arrive.   Full concessions will NOT be available during the field trip. Bottled drinks will be for sale in the General Store. Have your Birthday party at Western Belle Farm; Where Memories Grow! 🎈   Bring the decorations and food/drink and we will provide the space and entertainment for your guests! THE RENTAL INCLUDES: - FREE admission for the Birthday child (a $14 value!) - Discounted admission of $2 off for party guests - (4) picnic tables for seating - (2) 6' folding tables for food/gifts - (1) trash can -The private space is central to activities and near the entrance for the selected time slot Time slots available are: 10:00am to 2:00pm OR 2:15pm to 6:00pm  TWO WAYS TO DO YOUR ADMISSIONS: 1. If you are paying for admission for some or all of your guests, we ask that you provide a guest list to give the admission staff upon your arrival. You will be charged for the admissions on that list. We will check off the guests as they arrive and direct them to the Birthday Barn. At the end of your party, please return to admissions and if there are any guests on your list that did NOT attend, we will refund you for the unused ticket(s).  2. If you are trying to cut costs, you can have guests pay for their own admissions (and receive the discount) just by mentioning they are with your birthday and give the birthday child(s) name. They will be given the discounted admission rate of $14 and directed toward your birthday area. PARTY FAVORS AVAILABLE!: Animal feed cups are available as birthday favors for $2.00/each. They can be purchased the day of the birthday at the farm.  RAIN CANCELLATIONS: The $50 Birthday Barn reservation fee is nonrefundable. However, in the event the farm must close due to the weather or any unforeseen events out of our control, a full refund of the rental fee will be issued. Please have a back-up plan for a possible rain closure of the farm. The festival is a completely outdoor event and weather is unfortunately out of our control.
