What started as a family business has now grown year on year to provide you and your family with a truly magical Christmas every December! We have built a reputation for growing nothing short of the most beautiful Christmas trees and supplying our customers with a season-long guarantee to avoid disappointment! We have been cultivating our Christmas Trees for over 30 years. We offer both collection and delivery (dependant on size and availability) for your Christmas Trees. Along with a care guide to help you get the most out of your tree. Now Marldon Christmas Tree Farm is growing into an open-air retail park, farm shop, restaurant and garden centre, and will be supplying local foods from local growers, suppliers and condiment makers from October to December every year. All bookings must be made in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. Payment is required at the time of booking.

Adult & Child Grotto TicketsOur Santa Grotto Experience offers different ticket options depending on whether you are participating in the full Santa experience or simply accompanying a child.
Adult Grotto Experience TicketAdults who wish to take part in the full Santa Grotto Experience themselves must purchase an Adult Grotto Experience Ticket.
This ticket includes:
  • Entry into the Santa Grotto
  • The full Santa experience
  • The opportunity to meet and interact with Santa
  • A Christmas gift
This ticket is for any adult who wants to participate in the Santa experience and receive a gift.

Accompanying Adult TicketAdults who are simply accompanying a child into the grotto and do not wish to participate in the full Santa experience should purchase an Accompanying Adult Ticket.
This ticket allows the adult to accompany their child into the grotto but does not include the full Santa experience or a Christmas gift for the adult.Child Grotto Experience Ticket

A Child Grotto Experience Ticket includes:

  • The full Santa experience

  • Gift cards are redeemable online
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Gift cards are not refundable
  • Gift cards are not replaceable if lost or stolen

Cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled visit will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 14 to 7 days before the scheduled visit will be eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled visit.
