Will's Petting Farm – Terms & Conditions & Visitor Policy Introduction: Welcome to Will's Petting Farm! We aim to provide a fun, educational, and safe experience for all visitors. The following Terms & Conditions and Visitor Policy are designed to ensure the well-being of our animals, staff, and guests. By visiting our farm and participating in any activities, you agree to abide by these rules. 

 1. General Terms & Conditions: Agreement to Terms: By entering Will's Petting Farm premises, you agree to comply with all terms, policies, and instructions set forth by farm staff. These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, including children, caregivers, and groups. Health and Safety: Visitors should follow all health and safety instructions provided by farm staff, including hand hygiene and animal interaction guidelines. Children must be supervised at all times. The minimum age for unsupervised entry is 16, with younger children requiring an adult to accompany them at all times. Visitors should stay on designated paths, avoid running, and refrain from any actions that could provoke or distress animals.

 Liability Waiver: Visitors enter the premises at their own risk. Will's Petting Farm is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that may occur while on the farm, including injuries caused by interaction with animals. By entering the premises, visitors waive any claims against the farm or its staff for injury or damages resulting from farm activities. 

Animal Safety & Welfare: All animals at the farm are under the care of experienced staff. Visitors must not attempt to feed, touch, or interact with animals outside the designated areas or without staff approval. The farm reserves the right to restrict access to certain animals or activities for safety or health reasons. Admission & Booking: All visitors must pay the applicable entry fees before entering the farm. Entry is not guaranteed without a valid ticket or booking. Online or on-site bookings may be required for specific activities (e.g., animal feeding, guided tours). 

 2. Visitor Guidelines and Rules: Feeding & Interaction with Animals: Only farm-provided food should be given to the animals. Visitors are prohibited from offering personal food items, as these may harm the animals. Visitors must follow the instructions of staff when feeding animals or participating in hands-on activities. Feeding is limited to designated times and areas. No loud noises, running, or rough behaviour around the animals. Visitors must remain calm and respectful. 

Photo and Video Consent: Visitors are allowed to take photos and videos for personal use only. Commercial photography or filming is prohibited without prior written permission from Will's Petting Farm. By entering the premises, visitors consent to the possible use of their image in promotional materials, including photos, videos, and social media, unless the visitor explicitly requests not to be photographed. Hygiene and Health Protocols: All visitors are encouraged to wash hands thoroughly after interacting with animals. Hand sanitizing stations are located throughout the farm. If you feel unwell or have symptoms of illness (including fever, cough, or rash), please refrain from visiting the farm.

 3. Animal Care and Handling: Proper Animal Handling: Visitors must avoid any physical interaction that could harm the animals, including chasing, cornering, or touching the animals inappropriately. No feeding or handling of animals outside of designated areas or activities. Animals not available for feeding or handling should be respected and left undisturbed.

 Health Monitoring: All animals are regularly checked by qualified veterinarians. Any animal displaying signs of distress or illness will be immediately removed from public areas for care. Visitors will be notified if an activity or interaction is temporarily unavailable due to animal health concerns. 

4\. Conduct and Behaviour: Respectful Behaviour: Visitors must treat all animals, staff, and other visitors with respect. Aggressive or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises. The use of abusive language, harassment, or any action that threatens the safety or well-being of animals or people will result in immediate expulsion from the farm without refund.

 Property Damage: Visitors are responsible for any damage caused to farm property, including fencing, buildings, or equipment. Any deliberate harm to animals or farm infrastructure will be subject to legal action. 

5\. Special Activities and Services: Animal Encounters & Feeding Sessions: Special activities, such as animal encounters or feeding sessions, are subject to availability and additional fees. Pre-booking may be required for some activities. Visitors must follow all guidelines and instructions provided for these activities, and any participant who does not comply may be asked to leave the activity area. 

Birthday Parties & Group Events: For private group bookings or events (such as birthday parties), a separate agreement outlining terms, conditions, and costs will be provided. Additional rules may apply for specific events. Groups or parties must adhere to the farm’s health, safety, and animal welfare standards at all times.

 6. Cancellation and Refund Policy: General Entry: Refunds for admission fees will only be granted if the farm is closed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, power outages). Will's Petting Farm reserves the right to close the farm or certain activities without prior notice in the case of emergency, animal welfare concerns, or health and safety reasons. If your visit is affected, you will be offered a rescheduled visit or a refund. Pre-Booked Activities: For pre-booked activities (e.g., animal feedings, tours), cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the activity will not be refunded.

 7. Limitation of Liability: Will's Petting Farm is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur while on the farm, including those caused by animals, equipment, or other visitors. Visitors assume all risks associated with the visit. In no event shall Will's Petting Farm be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your visit or participation in farm activities.

 8. Changes to Terms & Conditions: Will's Petting Farm reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the farm’s website, and it is the responsibility of visitors to check for updates prior to visiting
