How it works:

When buying a Membership with an additional child please ensure the older sibling is the primary membership holder.
Each Membership entitles the named child and 1 adult unlimited access to general admission Softplay and Outdoor play for one year.
Entry to any special events outwith general entry (Easter Egg Hunts, Tractorfest, Pumpkin Picking etc.) need a prepaid ticket, bookable online, which will be discounted for members.
Membership holders get discounted Birthday Party rates.

Validity

1 year after purchase date. Visits must take place within this period.

Terms and conditions

Your membership enables the named child and one accompanying adult to visit for free for the duration of their pass.
On your next visit to Ernespie Farm have your QR Code ready and we will ask for the name of the child and some basic contact details. The Ernespie Team will then create a physical card that can be presented on entry.
Membership cards are not interchangeable and must be presented by the named child upon entry.
There are no pro-rata refunds if you wish to terminate your membership prior to its expiry
Under normal circumstances we are open for 12 months of the year. If we are forced to close due to circumstances beyond our control, we regret that memberships cannot be extended or monies refunded.
A lost or stolen membership card can be replaced at the cost of £2.00
Ernespie Farm will store your information on file under the regulations of the Data Protection Act
