Day Admission Tickets
Bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the date of your visit, subject to availability on the new date.
Train, Tractor and Alpaca Feeding Experiences
Bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the date of your visit, subject to availability on the new date.
Animal Experiences
Bookings can be rescheduled up to 7 days before the date of your experience, subject to availability on the new date.
Birthday Parties
Bookings can be rescheduled up to 14 days before the date of your party, subject to availability on the new date.
Special Events
Bookings can be rescheduled up to 7 days before the day of your visit, subject to availability on the new date.
General
If the site needs to cancel any event, experience or close the whole site, all ticket holders will be eligible to either reschedule at the time or receive a gift voucher to redeem in the future.
Cancellations
Refunds can be given (less the booking fees) if outwith the reschedule times listed above.
