By purchasing a ticket on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to use the payment method or billing account details you provide for the purpose of settling any payments due for any purchase made through the website, or that you owe to us. You also promise that all information supplied by you in using the website booking service is accurate and that you will not make any speculative, false or fraudulent booking. You need to be 18+ to purchase pyrotechnics, when bought online at checkout, valid ID is needed on arrival of event to grant the items, if you fail to provide valid ID, we can not grant the items but a full refund for the pyrotechnics will be given. All visitors must sign a rental release on arrival and comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements, instructions given by our staff and regulations in force from time to time whilst visiting Elsham Activity Centre. Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall enable us to refuse to permit you entry to Elsham Activity Centre or will result in your removal from Elsham Activity Centre without reimbursement for your ticket. Tickets are none-transferable.
