Enjoy a Birthday party/ Hen Party/Celebration at Ivy Dene Animal Sanctuary!

Booking for up 12 children or 12 adults, optional party bags and party invites

*party invites can collected from our farm, dropped off if local or posted to you if the p+p is covered by yourselves*

 An Alpaca Party includes;

🦙Meet our herd of alpacas, hand feed them, learn how to put headcollars on & take them for a small walk around the farm & get hands on with them, alternatively go into our our buttercup field and hand feed them and have lots of pics taken with them and cuddles (all weather and age  dependent 😂)

🦙Meet and feed our 2 gorgeous llamas 

🐏Butt heads with our 2 Valais black nose sheep, give them lots of cuddles and a brush and groom(not recommended for children under 5)

🐑Meet our 6 gorgeous and friendly Baa-Baa sheep and they will demand alot of cuddles 

🐹Meet and feed our Guinea pig herd in Piggy Playpen

(3 children at a time in the Piggies Playpen)

🐴Greet our ponies and feed them as long as you're comfortable 😊

🦄Meet our herd of cheeky Shetland ponies

🦙Meet and feed our shy little bunnies in Bunningham Palace

🐐Meet and feed our adorable and cheeky herd of rescue goats

🎉 Partake in an (optional) Wellies Wanging in our Play Paddock, children and adults can get involved. 

*Please let us know in advance if you like the Wellies Wanging option so we can set it up*

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

*Parental supervision and involvement is mandatory at all times

*You are welcome to bring packed lunches to enjoy outdoors in fine weather. If you would like to use our yoga studio to eat in , it's a £20 donation and we do ask that you tidy up after yourselves so it's ready for yoga classes

*Children under the age of 5 are not permitted to hold our animals. This is in the interest of our animals safety

*If you would like to book a party for under 5 year olds, the maximum number of party guests is 15

All experiences and visits are non refundable if cancelled by yourselves after 24hrs before the visit or experience time.

*If we have to cancel your visit or experience due to farm emergencies or horrendous weather then we will do our best to rebook you at your convenience. Refunds will not be given. 

*Proceeds from all our events go towards the care of animals, including their feed, vet bills, copious amounts of veg and a never ending supply of pampering ❤️ Therefore if a visit is cancelled by yourselves after the 24hrs before your visit, the money from your visit will go towards our animals and NOT kept in credit for another visit.

*Please give us as much notice as possible if you wish to cancel or rearrange so we can offer time slots to others and let our volunteers know.
