All experiences and visits are non refundable if cancelled by yourselves after 24hrs before the visit or experience time.

*If we have to cancel your visit or experience due to farm emergencies or horrendous weather then we will do our best to re-book you at your convenience. Refunds will not be given. 

*Proceeds from all our events go towards the care of animals, including their feed, vet bills, copious amounts of veg and a never ending supply of pampering

 ❤️ Therefore if a visit is cancelled by yourselves after the 24hrs before your visit, the money from your visit will go towards our animals and NOT kept in credit for another visit.

*Please give us as much notice as possible if you wish to cancel or rearrange so we can offer time slots to others and let our volunteers know.
