Enjoy your own private timed session with Santa and his helpful Elves.
Make crafts with the Elves, go on a super Secret Mission, and meet the Big Man himself (and if you've been good, he may even have a present for you!)
What's included?
- Pick up your Elf Passport at Elf Border Control to start filling it with festive stamps!
- up to 15 minutes with Santa and his helpers! (individual, timed sessions in our BIG cabin - so it's your time with Santa!)
- Elf Crafts made together with the Elves in the Elves Workshop ready to take home with you!
- All Day Admission (10am-5pm) to Wynford Farm Park for a full day of family fun, indoor and out

At least one Adult must accompany the children. Each Adult needs a Ticket
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in, so that you can make your way to the Grotto ready for your timed session.
The Elves will work their hardest to make sure that they are practically perfect with terrific timing, but Santa's stories sometimes ramble a little long! When you arrive at the Cabin ready for your Santa's MEGA Grotto Experience, knock on the door and wait for Santa's helper Elf to let you in.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I arrive early?
Please do! We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your session start time, to allow you enough time to check in and make your way to the Cabin.
Your Ticket includes All Day Admission from 10am-5pm - so make a day of it!
What if I arrive later than my chosen session time?
We ask that you arrive early. Santa has a very busy schedule meeting all the boys and girls who have made the Nice List. If you miss your session we cannot guarantee that there will be time to meet Santa. Your Ticket includes All Day Admission though, so you can still enjoy all the fun of the farm - and the Elves will make sure your Presents can still be collected.
I've changed my mind and would like a different present
Our Elves have made your presents just for you, and don't have many spare. If you email ahead, we may be able to change your gift, but this cannot be guaranteed.
