Our Party Hosts LOVE making your little one's day extra special, and with years of experience you can breathe easy - you're in good hands!
All you need to bring is the Cake and the Kids!
Today you will pay a £100 non-refundable deposit, then on the day, you will pay the remaining cost of your party package, plus any extras you have added.

- Drinks Tab - Allow the grown-ups to buy hot or cold drinks with tokens specific to your group
- Hot Drinks Urn - £35/Urn - A simple selection of self-serve teas and coffees for your guests to enjoy
- Adult Food Platters - Add hot food platters for the grown-ups to enjoy while the little ones play
Itinerary
10am - Arrival
You and your guests will be greeted at front desk, ticked off the Guest List, and given your very special VIP Wristbands before being shown to your Reserved Table.
Play
The little ones can run wild in the soft play and role play village while you and the grown ups enjoy a cuppa and a catch up! If you have added Hot Food Platters or Drinks, these will be served soon after your arrival to be enjoyed in the first hour.
Meet your Host
Soon after your arrival, your Party Host will introduce themselves and give you the opportunity to see your Reserved Party Room decorated in your chosen theme, and give you a brief run down of events.
PARTY TIME!!!
1 Hour after your arrival your Party Hosts will call the children out of the playframe (we ask for your assistance at this point) and will start your party with a warm up
Happy Birthday to you
This is your big photo op! Our Party Hosts will light the candles and lead the song, your job is to capture the memories!
Food
Your chosen food will be served individually to the kids
Party Games
Your Host will lead age appropriate games to amp up the party vibe!
Mascot
Your chosen Mascot will visit during your party games for a dance and photo op
Settle the Bill
Your Host will bring you to settle the remaining balance of your party, and any additional extras you've chosen, including any drinks added to your tab.
Home Time!
The party will wind down and at this point the hosts will hand out any party favours you have chosen to include, as well as the cake wrapped and ready for your guests.

Special Requirements
During the Party Prep Form (which will be emailed to you two weeks before your party) you will be asked to confirm the details of your party, including food choices, theme, mascot, and any additional extras.
We ask that you inform us at this stage of any special requirements such as allergies or support needs, so that we have time to ensure we can accommodate these.
Once you have submitted your form, at least 72 hours before your party, you can still make changes - like unexpected guests - by emailing us on parties@wynfordfarmpark.com

Restrictions
All the children in your party will receive the same food option, unless there are any specific dietary requirements. Only children included on the Guest List will be catered for, so please ensure your Guest List is accurate and includes siblings, etc that are to be catered for.
