The deposit will be credited towards the total cost of the party, with the remaining balance payable in accordance with the payment terms specified at the time of booking. Any request to change or reschedule a booking will be considered at the discretion of Little Town and is subject to availability. A change of date does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund of the deposit. Little Town reserves the right to retain the deposit where a booking is cancelled or cannot proceed due to circumstances attributable to the customer.
