Our Animal Farm Parties run from February to September. Parties do not operate on special event days. Parties are available on Saturdays and Sundays at the following times:

• Morning: 10:00am – 12:15pm please asks guests to arrive at 9.45am
• Afternoon: 1:30pm – 3:45pm please asks guests to arrive at 1.15pm

Please note that re-entry to the farm is not permitted once your party has ended.

What to Expect on the Day 

Upon arrival, your dedicated party host will greet you and take your birthday cake to the Tea Rooms. They will introduce themselves and provide a party menu for you to complete with each child’s name and meal choice. Once all children have arrived and menus are completed, the party will begin. The party starts in our Petting Barn, where children will have the opportunity to stroke our small animals under the guidance of the party host. Afterwards, each child will receive a bucket of carrots, allowing you to explore the farm at your own pace, meet our larger animals in the outdoor pens, and feed them. Following animal feeding, children must wash their hands before enjoying free time in either the indoor or outdoor play areas. When it’s time to eat, hands will be washed again and the group will head to the Party Shed for food. Each child will receive:

• Their chosen meal
• A drink
• An ice cream from the Tea Rooms

After the meal, your party host will bring out the birthday cake and lead a round of Happy Birthday. 

Meal times:

• Morning parties eat at 11:45am
• Afternoon parties eat at 3:00pm

Age Range 

We recommend Animal Farm Parties for children aged 2–7 years, although children up to 10 years are very welcome.

Booking & Pricing

• A non-refundable deposit of £230 is required at the time of booking, once the booking is made we are unable to change your booking. 
• This covers 10 children at £23 per child
• Additional children can be added and paid for on the day of the party

Party size:

• Minimum: 10 children
• Maximum: 25 children

All you need to provide is:

• Birthday cake
• Candles
• Party bags (if desired)

One of our admin team will contact you on the Friday before the party to confirm final numbers and ensure everything is in place.

Adult Entry Policy

• One adult per child receives free farm entry
• The birthday child may bring two additional adults free of charge
• Any additional adults or children may wait in the Tea Rooms or pay the standard farm entry fee
