5th, 6th, 12th & 13th December
Come and visit Lamport Hall’s Tudor House, home to Father Christmas for our weekend sessions alongside the Christmas Market on Saturday 5th, Sunday 6th, Saturday 12th & Sunday 13th December for a Father Christmas experience at Lamport Hall.
On arrival adults will be given a warm drink and a mince pie whilst children will be given a sweet treat, a Christmas card to decorate for someone special and the opportunity to write a letter to Father Christmas. Dependent on time, the card decorating and letter writing can be completed in the Dairy (either before or after visiting Father Christmas) or, if you prefer, these can be taken home to complete.
Once inside the decorated Tudor House and settled by the warming fire, Father Christmas will come out to talk to the children as a group and have a story with the elves. They will then be called up individually, or as a family, to have a photo and receive their personalised nice certificate and wrapped present. The Tudor House session will last approximately 20 minutes. Children will visit Father Christmas in groups of 8.
A ticket includes entry for a child and one adult per child to the Christmas Market including over 100 stalls, festive food, an indoor heated bar, live music and roaming entertainers. For a full timetable, please visit our website. Car parking will be on grass with entry from the Porter's Lodge entrance on the Old Road.
On booking please make sure to accurately fill out your child's name, age and gender so they can have a handpicked, wrapped and named present and certificate during the experience. If the child attending changes, please notify us with as much notice as possible so we can make the necessary changes to their gift etc. There is also a section to write something about your child to make the experience even more magical.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your designated timeslot, so you can check in and adults can have their refreshments.
Although the Father Christmas experience itself is inside, queuing will be outside so do dress appropriately for the weather.
Any additional adults will be charged at the reduced rate of £5.
