8th, 9th & 10th December
Come and visit Lamport Hall’s Tudor House, home to Father Christmas for our evening sessions on Tuesday 8th, Wednesday 9th & Thursday 10th December for a Father Christmas experience at Lamport Hall.
Father Christmas will be returning to our decorated Tudor House with a roaring wood fire.
On arrival adults will be given a warm drink and a mince pie whilst children will be given a sweet treat, a Christmas card to decorate for someone special and the opportunity to write a letter to Father Christmas. Dependent on time, the card decorating and letter writing can be completed in the Dairy (either before or after visiting Father Christmas) or, if you prefer, these can be taken home to complete.
Please note, the Christmas Market will be closed for these evening events and no other entertainment or refreshments will be on offer. Car parking will be on hardstanding with entry from Lamport High Street.
On booking please make sure to accurately fill out your child's name, age and gender so they can have a handpicked, wrapped and named present and certificate during the experience. If the child attending changes, please notify us with as much notice as possible so we can make the necessary changes to their gift etc. There is also a section to write something about your child to make the experience even more magical.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your designated timeslot, so you can check in and adults can have their refreshments.
Although the Father Christmas experience itself is inside, queuing will be outside so do dress appropriately for the weather.
There is no charge for adults.
The final session at 7pm will be a SEND only session with a maximum of 5 children (siblings can also attend this session). Please see separate event to book this session.

Once inside the decorated Tudor House and settled by the warming fire, Father Christmas will come out to talk to the children as a group and have a story with the elves. They will then be called up individually, or as a family, to have a photo and receive their personalised nice certificate and wrapped present. The Tudor House session will last approximately 20 minutes. Children will visit Father Christmas in groups of 8.
