Father Christmas will be AT HIS GROTTO IN THE CAVE ENTRANCE, with lots of presents for children. BOOKINGS CAN BE MADE NOW  Dates: 5th & 6th Dec, 12th & 13th Dec, 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd Dec Open on site (weather permitting) from 10:00am to 4:30pm.  Child admission is £21.00  Adults : £2.00 Pre-booking via telephone is recommended on 015242 41244. Full payment will be taken at the time of booking to guarantee your place. CANCELLATIONS - Please be aware that a £1.00 cancellation fee PER PERSON plus £1.00 card refund transaction fee will be applied to any cancellations/refunds. Why not extend your visit with a Full Tour of the Show Cave?  Discounted rates are available for GUIDED TOURS on the day, via our Ticket Office for those seeing Santa.  Tours will run hourly between 11am & 3pm and will take approx 80 minutes. Please note that these arrangements may affect scheduling of regular full showcave tours, which we hope to continue running over the Christmas holidays. If you wish to do a tour of the full showcave in addition to visiting Santa, mention this when booking your time slot with Santa, so that we can try to arrange a time slot that does not clash.

If you are unable to buy your tickets online, you can pay at the Ticket Office on the day. The cave car park is near the ticket office, café and shop. The time of the next tour is displayed at the ticket office. All visits into the cave are with a guide.  IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PURCHASE A TICKET ONLINE, YOU CAN BUY TICKETS FROM OUR TICKET OFFICE ON THE DAY. The tour of the UK's longest show cave takes about 80 minutes. Advance booking is available for large group visits (schools and private parties of 15+ people), requiring booking via telephone and a pre-paid deposit.
