Enjoy a comprehensive guided tour of our distillery production area with one of our tour guides before returning to our bespoke tasting room to enjoy a Isle of Raasay Distillery tasting in collaboration with Chocolates of Glenshiel, a local chocolate company based in Glen Shiel, near the Isle of Skye. You can enjoy three Isle of Raasay spirits – our Signature Single Malt, Dùn Cana Sherry Quarter Cask Release, The Chinkapin accompanied by three handmade chocolates to match each spirit, including a specially commissioned Isle of Raasay Signature Single Malt infused chocolate. Chocolates of Glenshiel is a Scottish chocolatier founded by Finlay Macdonald in 2016, championing local provenance and boosting the community through employment and sourcing fine local ingredients. We are proud to partner with them through our Whisky and Chocolate Tour & Tasting, a mouth-watering favourite amongst guests! Experience an in-depth whisky blending session at Isle of Raasay Distillery and make your own version of our award winning Draam! Join our fun 1.5 hour ‘Make your own DRAAM’ workshop, limited to just 10 participants at a time and dive into the art of blending. Explore the unique six-cask recipe that defines The Draam single malt and craft your own personalised version to take home with you. This hands-on experience offers a rare chance to understand the nuances of each cask type and unleash your creativity to make whisky that is truly your own. Each individual will take away a 20cl bottle of their Draam, along with a gift bag of Isle of Raasay Distillery goodies! For the whisky lover looking to explore our signature DRAAM recepie! Nestled behind our local village, Inverarish, lives our dunnage cask maturation warehouse. Surrounded by an abundance of premium oak casks from around the world, you will be able to enjoy an exclusive tasting of the Isle of Raasay peated and unpeated Na Sia (‘The Six’ in Scottish Gaelic) spirit, drawn straight from the casks infront of you.   Our signature cask line up includes rye whiskey, virgin Chinkapin oak and Bordeaux red wine. These Na Sia recipe casks are allowed to mature as individuals for the full three years before marrying together to form our Signature Single Malt Scottish Whisky, ensuring a depth of flavour balance that makes our young spirit so distinct. This specially curated tour will take you on a journey through our whole production operation, giving you a real behind the scenes experience and showcase the passion and history that make Isle of Raasay so special. The experience will include our production area, bottling and vatting warehouse and cask filling room, before being accompanied to the dunnage warehouse to deep dive into each cask and a tasting of 6 x 15ml cask strength whiskies. Each individual will also receive a gift bag of Isle of Raasay goodies to takeaway with them.  Duration: 120 - 160 minutes Capacity: 8 guests per session, age 18+ only Available: Tuesdays and Wednesdays every week at 11:00. Harness the spirit of Hebridean adventure and journey into the wilds of Raasay in our very own Land Rover guided by a member of our amazing team. Guests will learn about the history of Raasay in its stunning natural setting, including landmarks such as Dun Cana, Brochel Castle and Calumʼs Road, and experience one of the worldʼs most incredible and rugged environments. Includes: Collection and drop off from the Isle of Raasay ferry pier, lunch at the distillery before departing on the ferry, specially selected paired drams at iconic island settings.  Date: Available year round, subject to availability.
