This October half-term, we’re taking things up a notch. Pumpkin Festival is our brand-new celebration of everything we love about this time of year — colourful countryside, crisp autumn days, good food, great company and a little bit of muddy-fun thrown in for good measure. 

Forget the traditional pumpkin patch. We’re creating something that feels unmistakably Goat Shed: an immersive autumn day out, right here on our farm in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. Come and wander through the Maize Maze Pumpkin Trail, take on the G.O.A.T Kart Track, climb the bale stack, get stuck into the mud kitchens, battle it out over garden games and, of course, find the perfect pumpkin to take home. 

Then refuel with something delicious, warm up around the fire pits, listen to live music, explore the Farm Shop and soak up all the sights, smells, flavours and colours of the season.

Pumpkin Trail & Maize Maze
Get lost in our autumnal Pumpkin Trail as you explore the maze. Keep your eyes peeled, follow the trail and see what you can discover along the way. And when you’ve found your way out, there’s plenty more waiting on the farm…

G.O.A.T Kart Track
Ready, set, G.O.A.T – the ultimate race zone for young drivers with a need for speed. The G1 Circuit is home to 3 larger pedal karts for drivers up to 10 years and 3 smaller pedal karts for under 5s. Take your place, race around the track, chase the fastest lap and see if you have what it takes to become the next G.O.A.T Champion!

Bale Climbing Stack
Climb to the top of our bale stack and watch over Pumpkin Festival… you might even be able to spot a goat or two in our neighboring fields!

Tractor Tyres
Big tyres, big fun. Perfect for little farmers with energy to burn.

Mud Kitchens
Get stuck in and let imaginations run wild at our mud kitchens. Autumn is for muddy boots, after all.

Kid’s Crafts
From muddy adventures to crafty creations, there’s plenty to keep little hands busy.

Garden Games
Challenge your family and friends to a game or two with our collection of classic garden games, including:

We’re VERY excited to announce that Swirl Cinnamon Buns are bringing their first ever Top Your Own Bun Bar to life — and they’re doing it exclusively at Goat Shed!For Pumpkin Festival weekend, you can get your hands on a freshly baked cinnamon bun and go wild with the toppings!

And that’s just what’s happening outside…Our Farm Shop, Kitchen, Bakery, Deli and Butchery will all be getting an autumn makeover too, with seasonal specials, local produce, treats and plenty of reasons to keep exploring.

Live Music

What’s better than an autumn day on the farm? An autumn day on the farm with a soundtrack.

We’ll have music playing throughout Pumpkin Festival, with live music from 11:00am–3:00pm on selected days.

There’ll be plenty of pumpkins to choose from for your very own autumn displays.

Find one you love, take it home and let the autumn fun continue.

Pumpkin Carving Bring your pumpkin to life without bringing the mess home with you!

Our pumpkin carving experience means you can get stuck into the carving, scooping and decorating — while we deal with the aftermath.

You make the masterpiece. We’ll deal with the pumpkin guts.

Love Moi Face Painting

Fancy adding a little extra colour to your autumn adventure? Love Moi will be joining us with face painting for those who want to get Pumpkin Festival-ready.

*Please note that face painting is not included in your ticket and can be paid for on the day.

Bring the whole herd 

Bring the kids, grab your friends, make it a date, bring the grandparents or simply come and enjoy a proper autumn day in the countryside. 

There’s no need to rush from one attraction to the next. Stay for lunch. Grab a hot chocolate. Listen to the music. Explore the Farm Shop. Toast a marshmallow. Find your favourite pumpkin. Make a day of it. 

Dogs are welcome too! Your four-legged members of the herd can join in the autumn fun for £2.00 per dog. Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome and their ticket includes a tasty treat and a poo bag — because we’re all about making sure everyone has a good time.

We kindly ask that you leave your dog with a member of your party if you want to come in for a quick browse. All dogs are welcome under our main porch area, the Paddock, our Pumpkin Festival field and our covered marquee area where you can enjoy food and drink from the kitchen.
