Perfect for families, youth groups, corporate teams, and stag or hen parties, this adventure combines balance, coordination, and teamwork with the thrill of moving together down the river. It’s like white water rafting, but with the extra challenge of paddling as a team, making even smaller rapids exciting and engaging.

Every stretch of the river is an opportunity to paddle in sync, take on mini challenges, and enjoy the river and surrounding countryside together. As the rapids increase, your team’s coordination and confidence are put to the test, creating a memorable and exciting experience for everyone.

Please Note· A vehicle shuttle is required. We generally car share to get to the start/return to cars — please contact us if this isn’t possible.· All participants must be comfortable in the water and able to swim 25 m.

- Times: 9am, session approx. 2-4 hours
- Location: Matlock area, Derbyshire
- Group Size: 4–6 people per board
- Minimum Age: 10 years (younger participants may be considered with prior arrangement).
- Swimming Ability: Must be able to swim 25m unaided
- Expert instruction from certified guides
- Mega SUP boards and all necessary safety equipment (paddles, buoyancy aids, helmets)
- Guidance on teamwork, balance, and paddling technique
- Safety briefing and support throughout the trip
- Swimwear and quick-drying layers suitable for getting wet
- Sturdy footwear: old trainers or walking boots (no Crocs, sandals, or water shoes)
- Towel and full change of clothes including footwear
- Car parking fees

Cancellations made with less than 30 days’ notice are non-refundable unless we’re able to resell your place, in which case a refund will be issued minus a 25% admin fee. If we need to cancel due to weather or safety concerns, we’ll offer an alternative date or a full refund.
