Henley Hike & Yoga

Henley Hike & Yoga

Come join us on a fabulous hike in around the Henley area! Absolutely one of our favourite places. Sarah and I come together to share our love of exploring the outdoors. We do all the planning so you can relax and rebalance. We find the trails, offer a unique yoga experience and make delicious healthy snacks. Optional to stay for a pub lunch afterward. We need a minimum of six people for the hike to go ahead. If we do not reach the numbers needed we will let you know the Sunday evening before. If the weather is just not appropriate to hike (heavy relentless rain) we will have a backup plan to enjoy a yoga workshop with healthy light refreshments at Dee Opp Yoga’s Private Studio located in Lower Sunbury TW16 6AS.ItineraryGuided hike, yoga flow with breath work and guided meditation, and healthy nibbles, all in the beautiful area of Henley on Thames!   Inclusions What you'll need 📋 Other - Packing for yoga and hiking: Waterproof pouch for phone (you can get a cheap zip bag on wiggle or slightly more expensive option Aquapac.)
