Children can explore and enjoy a variety of engaging play areas, including our under-3's sensory pebble pit, a larger interactive ball pit with ball-blowing games, and a jungle gym obstacle course. They can also immerse themselves in the imaginative play nook, which features a mini animal farm, a drawing station, mini florist, a play kitchen, the 'Pixie Café' role-play area with shopping trolleys & plenty of shopping items.

At Pixie Play, we intentionally keep our session numbers small to ensure a calm, safe, and enjoyable environment for all families. 

Each booking reserves a dedicated space in our play session, and once a session fills, we often have to turn other families away.

To help us manage capacity fairly and minimise last-minute cancellations, full payment is required at the time of booking.

General Entry Play Sessions – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session start time will receive a play session credit equal to the full amount paid. This credit may be used to book another play session or party hire bookings; subject to availability.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session start time are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.

2. Rescheduling Policy Bookings may be rescheduled provided:

Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session start time will not be accepted. Any request made within this timeframe will be treated in accordance with the Cancellation Policy above.

3. No-Show Policy

Children remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian at all times while attending Pixie Play.

Parents and guardians must actively supervise their child(ren), ensure they use the equipment safely and appropriately, and follow all instructions provided by Pixie Play staff.

Parents and guardians may be held responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any property, equipment, furnishings or fixtures damaged by their child(ren) where such damage results from misuse, reckless behaviour, failure to follow staff directions or inadequate supervision.

For the health and safety of all guests, children who are currently toilet training are strongly encouraged to wear a pull-up or appropriate protective garment while using the play equipment.

In the event of a toileting accident involving bodily fluids within the playground, ball pit or any other play areas, Pixie Play may be required to temporarily close and professionally clean the affected area.

A cleaning fee of $180 will apply if any contamination occurs within the play area, ball pit, sensory pit, equipment, furnishings, or any other part of the venue. This fee covers the costs of cleaning, sanitisation, replacement of affected materials where required, and any business interruption resulting from the potential temporary closure of affected areas. The fee applies regardless of whether the child was wearing a nappy, pull-up, or other protective garment at the time of the incident.

For the hygiene and safety of all guests, socks are required inside for everyone entering the front gate of the play cafe.

Children under 6 years of age must wear grip socks while using the play equipment.

Parents, carers, siblings, and all other visitors must wear socks at all times within the premises.

Shoes or bare feet are not permitted inside the gated area of the play cafe, shoes off and socks on before entering the front gate.

For hygiene reasons, all footwear must be left outside the gate. Grip socks and regular adults socks are available for purchase at the Pixie Play front counter if required.
