Come and join us on our relaxing alpaca walks where you get to walk your own individual alpaca in the peaceful country side. Our nature walk is over flat grassland away from the road where there is a high chance that you get to see hares, buzzards and other wildlife. This is an all year round experience and we do offer private walks for a time to suit you.  Please contact Charlotte for bespoke booking information.   Join us at the farm for a meet and greet where run over a few safety details and we introduce you to our lovely alpacas, we then hand over over the lead rope for you to begin your walk accompanied by one of our guides. We are happy to chat all day long about our alpacas but you may want to just enjoy being with your alpaca and enjoy the experience. Once we arrive back at the yard we then take you and introduce you to our other farm animals including our Swiss Valais Sheep Harrison and Hendricks, Narla the donkey and of course our beautiful horses. Alpaca Experience for up to 4 people for £30 This experience is great for all ages, from toddlers up to Grandparents and everyone in between.  It covers a shorter walking distance than the Alpaca Walk experience but still gives you the excitement of walking your very own Alpaca and also meeting a lot of our other animals.  We begin with an introduction to the alpacas in our little seating area followed by a small walk around the sand  arena with an alpaca then back to give them some feed and finish off with a visit to see all our other animals with lots of photo opportunities. We are pleased to announce this wonderful offering of Animal Assisted Intervention Session.  We've already seen the positive impact the farm and animals gives to our clients and volunteers.   Whether it's mental health problems, young adults with Education needs, anxiety, mild depression, dementia or physical disabilities.  We aim to provide a calm, happy, positive experience.  For clients to gain a self worth, satisfaction and well-being.   The interaction with the animals is very important, it encompasses a wide variety of animals, to suit all client's abilities, so everyone feels valued.  These can include brushing the horses, time with the lambs and small animals.  Feeding and stroking the animals and having quiet time with them.  In a calm and safe space. Each session will be tailored to each individual clients needs.  This is a one to one session for adults, or for a child / vulnerable client with their career/parent present.  Sessions are 45 minutes long. March price £25 per client with their career (or two careers). OFFER: If you prebook a block of 6 weekly sessions, there is a 15% discount.
