Children
All guests must be aged 8 and above to enter the cafe.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
There must be one adult for every two children in your party.
Children must hold a valid child ticket upon entry, tickets are not interchangeable as we have a limited capacity for each ticket type.

The venue withholds the right to refuse your entry if the above requirements are not met.
Cancellation Policy
- No refund will be provided for cancellations or amendments made less than 48 hours in advance, or in case of no-show. If notice is given before the 48 hour notice period, a full refund can be issued via gift card only.
