How It Works
If your plans change, you can update it later using the Manage Booking link in your confirmation email.
- Book your collection date
- We recommend visiting the farm during opening hours before your collection date to tag your preferred tree.
- Collect your tree – if you've pre-selected one, we'll have it ready for you. If you haven't we will have some to choose from, but we recommend coming to the farm ahead of time!
- Return your tree within 4 weeks, healthy and in good condition, to receive your deposit refund.

Important Information
🎄 Rental Fee – Covers the hire of your Christmas tree and is non-refundable.
🌲 Refundable Deposit – Returned when your tree is brought back within 4 weeks in good condition.
🎄 Trees can be collected any day between 11th–24th December (excluding Sundays).
🎄 Rental trees are smaller, quirkier and more sustainable than cut trees
