If these sell out, please check again the evening before as we will release more if there is enough ripe fruit.

The experience lasts for 25 minutes. There are 2 land rovers, 1 digger and 1 loader to choose from. The space is shared unless you book all vehicles for a private experience and receive a 10% discount. If you are unable to book a certain vehicle then it may have already been booked. Take the controls and get ready for a hands-on construction adventure! Choose from a Land Rover, a digger, or a loader, then use the remote control to navigate your vehicle around our specially designed track. Test your driving skills or dig, collect, and move sand, just like a real construction operator. It's a fun and interactive experience for children and vehicle enthusiasts alike. Visit The Bee Shed at Lathcoats Farm for a delicious afternoon tea. Sittings are at 2:30pm only from Tuesday to Saturday. Please note you can have tea or americano refills or opt for 1 barista made coffee (ie latte, flat white etc), you can make it extra special with a Prosecco add-on after selecting your Afternoon Tea type. How It Works Book your collection date We recommend visiting the farm during opening hours before your collection date to tag your preferred tree. Collect your tree – if you've pre-selected one, we'll have it ready for you. If you haven't we will have some to choose from, but we recommend coming to the farm ahead of time! Return your tree within 4 weeks, healthy and in good condition, to receive your deposit refund. If your plans change, you can update it later using the Manage Booking link in your confirmation email. Important Information 🎄 Rental Fee – Covers the hire of your Christmas tree and is non-refundable. 🌲 Refundable Deposit – Returned when your tree is brought back within 4 weeks in good condition. 🎄 Trees can be collected any day between 11th–24th December (excluding Sundays). 🎄 Rental trees are smaller, quirkier and more sustainable than cut trees

The Apple Pickers' Barn is aptly decorated and offers a large covered space with plenty of tables and chairs available all year round. We highly recommend viewing the space before booking. Hire includes use of: 12x 6 foot trestle tables 40+ chairs Urn On site toilet facilities We have a minimum booking length of 2 hours - ensure you book enough time to leave the space tidy and ready to be used again.
