Orr's Farm Market is excited to announce the launch of a new farm camp! If you are looking for a fun, family-oriented, and educational way to get your children outside and involved in learning valuable agricultural skills...this camp is for you. Children will rotate through six lessons a day that teach them about growing crops, harvesting crops, animal care, playground fun, using farm fresh produce and herbs for food, and preserving the harvest. We also will add art and music projects into our week as well. Lunch and two snacks will be provided. All camp attendees will bring home fruit and produce that they have harvested as well as recipe cards to create recipes at home that they've learned to make at camp.

Camp attendees will also get to enjoy daily hayrides, create a tie-dye camp t-shirt, and have an end of week ice cream party at our new ice cream truck "Sweet Orchard Swirls."

The location of this camp will be in the Barnyard playground area, the Event Barn, and on the first floor of the White Farmhouse (kitchen, dining, and living room areas).

There is a limit of 60 children per week, and they can be from age: Completed Kindergarten-13 years old.
