We love hosting parties, delivering a stress free experience for party hosts and their guests. All our parties have exclusive use of the play area and unlimited squash. You are required to comply, and make sure that guests at the party comply, with the following party rules (and the rules of play displayed at or near the soft play area or elsewhere at the party venue): Only food/drinks supplied by Tiny Tots may be consumed at the Party. Parents/carers of the children attending the party must be present at all times during the party and are solely responsible for their children at all times. Tiny Tots' staff shall not be responsible for supervising the party and will only be required to provide the food and assist the smooth running of the party. We reserve the right to remove from the premises anyone who is behaving (or threatening to behave) in an inappropriate manner or who is causing a nuisance in the venue or is acting in breach of these rules and/or the rules of play displayed at or near the soft play area. We kindly ask that nothing is stuck to our walls. No shoes are to be worn in the play area. Socks must be worn. Any damage beyond reasonable expectation will be charged for. We want all guests to enjoy our beautiful play area, and we understand accidents happen and items break, we simply ask that our property is respected and looked after.  It is your responsibility and that of your guests to ensure that the door and gate are locked at all times to ensure the safety of the children during the party.  There will be a £50 late fee if all guests have not left within reasonable time. You will be given options on the party food choices depending on the package you have chosen. Please inform us in advance of any known food allergies, intolerances and/or dietary requirements of any of the people attending the party. Please understand that it is not always possible for us to meet every requirement. Please ask to check ingredients if necessary. All food may contain traces of nuts and other allergens. Further to the introduction of Natasha's Law (1/10/21) it is the responsibility of the party parents/host(s) to inform their guests of the ingredients and allergen information for anything you supply for your party. We may have to re-schedule the party for another date to deal with emergency maintenance of the soft play area and/or make changes to the services as requested by you. If time allows we will contact you with as much notice as possible. You have the right to cancel the party in such circumstances and we will refund sums paid in advance for goods and/or services not provided to you. Or you may wish to re-schedule the party. If you wish to make a change to the party, please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the party, the timing or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change. If you are not satisfied with your party and wish to make a complaint, this should be done at the party wherever possible, and not after you have left.   Minor changes to the services. We may change the goods and/or services relating to the party (a) to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; and (b) to implement minor adjustments and/or improvements, for example to maintain high levels of health and safety at the venue. More significant changes to the services and these terms. If we decide to make changes to these terms or the goods and/or services provided in relation to the party, we will notify you and, if you are unhappy with the proposed change, you may then cancel the party (provided that you do so within 5 days of being informed of the change) and receive a full refund before the changes take effect. A valid public liability insurance certificate will be required at least 7 days prior to your party to allow participation. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your party start time. We love hosting parties, delivering a stress free experience for party hosts and their guests. All our parties have exclusive use of the play area and unlimited squash. Ultimate: Choice of pancakes or picky bits food. Choice of themes (Princess, Dinosaur, Unicorn, Superhero, Bluey, Stitch, Toy Story, Peppa Pig) Themed birthday cake included. Party bags included. Free return visit for birthday child. We take care of everything, you literally just turn up and enjoy! £450 for up to 15 children, additional children are then £20 each. Please note the booking fee (£8) does not count towards the cost of the party. If you would like to avoid this fee, please email parties@tinytotstown.co.uk    Terms & Conditions - Our acceptance of your party booking will take place when we receive the non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is required two weeks before the party, along with your food orders. You are welcome to arrive five minutes before the start of your party to set up anything extra that you would like. Our parties are one hour & forty-five minutes, the last 10 minutes will be tidy up time to help the children transition between play and leaving. You are required to comply, and make sure that guests at the party comply, with the following party rules (and the rules of play displayed at or near the soft play area or elsewhere at the party venue): Only food/drinks supplied by Tiny Tots may be consumed at the Party. Parents/carers of the children attending the party must be present at all times during the party and are solely responsible for their children at all times. Tiny Tots' staff shall not be responsible for supervising the party and will only be required to provide the food and assist the smooth running of the party. We reserve the right to remove from the premises anyone who is behaving (or threatening to behave) in an inappropriate manner or who is causing a nuisance in the venue or is acting in breach of these rules and/or the rules of play displayed at or near the soft play area. We kindly ask that nothing is stuck to our walls. No shoes are to be worn in the play area. Socks must be worn. Any damage beyond reasonable expectation will be charged for. We want all guests to enjoy our beautiful play area, and we understand accidents happen and items break, we simply ask that our property is respected and looked after.  It is your responsibility and that of your guests to ensure that the door and gate are locked at all times to ensure the safety of the children during the party.  There will be a £50 late fee if all guests have not left within reasonable time. You will be given options on the party food choices depending on the package you have chosen. Please inform us in advance of any known food allergies, intolerances and/or dietary requirements of any of the people attending the party. Please understand that it is not always possible for us to meet every requirement. Please ask to check ingredients if necessary. All food may contain traces of nuts and other allergens. Further to the introduction of Natasha's Law (1/10/21) it is the responsibility of the party parents/host(s) to inform their guests of the ingredients and allergen information for anything you supply for your party. We may have to re-schedule the party for another date to deal with emergency maintenance of the soft play area and/or make changes to the services as requested by you. If time allows we will contact you with as much notice as possible. You have the right to cancel the party in such circumstances and we will refund sums paid in advance for goods and/or services not provided to you. Or you may wish to re-schedule the party. If you wish to make a change to the party, please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the party, the timing or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change. If you are not satisfied with your party and wish to make a complaint, this should be done at the party wherever possible, and not after you have left.   Minor changes to the services. We may change the goods and/or services relating to the party (a) to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; and (b) to implement minor adjustments and/or improvements, for example to maintain high levels of health and safety at the venue. More significant changes to the services and these terms. If we decide to make changes to these terms or the goods and/or services provided in relation to the party, we will notify you and, if you are unhappy with the proposed change, you may then cancel the party (provided that you do so within 5 days of being informed of the change) and receive a full refund before the changes take effect. Parties wishing to bring or use the services of companies supplying characters/mascots must be approved by Tiny Tots Town. A valid public liability insurance certificate will be required at least 7 days prior to your party to allow participation. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your party start time.
