Overview
This session is STRICTLY FOR CHILDREN AGE 4 & UNDER! If your child is over the age of 4, please book onto one of our other sessions.
Please arrive on the set time of your booking. We do a clean up after each session and close the doors at this time. We will then open the doors at your booked session time.
Please note that shoes are not to be worn in the play area or seating and café area and socks are essential. You will be required to purchase socks if you do not have any.
If you have a buggy/pram, please be aware we do have limited space so where possible, please leave prams in your car.
Unfortunately, due to the role-play centre being a small capacity business, we do not offer refunds for cancellations or no shows. You can amend your booking up to 4 days before your session is due to start through your 'Customer Service Dashboard' however, please note that our team cannot make changes on your behalf. This overrules the website information as we are awaiting our website to be updated to reflect this.
If a standard session shows as “Sold Out”, please check our Events section, we may have other exciting options available!
Each child ticket includes one free adult entry.
Additional adults are charged £2.95 each.
👶 Siblings & Babies:
- A sibling discount is available (first child at full price).
- Babies under 6 months go free with a paying sibling.
- If a baby is attending without a sibling, please purchase a child ticket.
Food & Drinks
No outside food or drink is permitted. Our café will be open throughout all sessions & events, offering a selection of tasty food, drinks, and refreshments available to purchase.
Whilst we do our best to manage the booking numbers, please be aware a table is not guaranteed.
All standard sessions and events are non-refundable and non-transferable.
