Terms and Conditions
By booking and attending our baby group sessions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-organised experience for all families.

1. Booking and Payment
- All baby group sessions are booked in advance as a block of 6 sessions.
- Full payment for the 6-session block is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
- Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Refunds and Cancellations
- Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If you are unable to attend one or more sessions within your block, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or credits for missed sessions.

In the unlikely event that Tiny Tots Town Llanelli has to cancel a session (e.g. due to unforeseen circumstances), we will offer:
- A replacement session, or
- A refund for the cancelled session, at our discretion.
3. Attendance
- Each session is designed for one baby and their parent/carer. Please notify us in advance if an additional adult will be attending.
- Sessions are suitable for babies within the age range specified at the time of booking.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss part of the session and we are unable to extend or repeat content.
4. Health and Safety
- All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- Please do not attend if you or your child are unwell or have any contagious illnesses.
- Tiny Tots Town Llanelli takes every precaution to provide a safe environment. However, participation is at your own risk, and we cannot accept liability for any personal injury or loss of property during sessions.
5. Photography and Social Media
- We occasionally take photos/videos during sessions for promotional purposes (website, social media, etc.).
- If you prefer not to be included, please let us know and we will respect your wishes.
6. Behaviour and Respect
- We kindly ask all attendees to treat staff and other families with respect and kindness.
- Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund.
