Little ones can play safely while you unwind and enjoy classic brunch plates with a modern twist. Inspired by local produce, fresh flavours and everything you need to ease you into the day while the little ones play... *Please note that you will also be welcome to access the baby lounge play area suitable for 0-24month olds, however your table will be located in the main 'Quayside zone' of the Play Cafe (see images above showing photorealistic renders of the space).

On Thursday  10th September , we'll be welcoming Jade Harkness, Postnatal Doula & Breastfeeding Counsellor , for a special morning supporting parents through the postnatal journey . Jade supports families prepare for and during their transformative postpartum period through: Emotional & practical support Information and guidance on the postnatal journey Jade will be joining us at Rise & Shine Play Cafe, Mistley for this informal session, so you you can come and have a chat, pick her brains or just feel held in a moment with someone present that is there to support you. Motherhood was never meant to be done alone, and Jade can't wait to hold your space.
