Postnatal Support Session

Overview

On Thursday 10th September, we'll be welcoming Jade Harkness, Postnatal Doula & Breastfeeding Counsellor, for a special morning supporting parents through the postnatal journey .

Jade supports families prepare for and during their transformative postpartum period through:

Emotional & practical support
Information and guidance on the postnatal journey

Jade will be joining us at Rise & Shine Play Cafe, Mistley for this informal session, so you you can come and have a chat, pick her brains or just feel held in a moment with someone present that is there to support you.

Motherhood was never meant to be done alone, and Jade can't wait to hold your space.
