By popular demand we are offering more Castle Farm Discovery Hikes!
Led by a member of the Alexander family (5th generation family farmers), enjoy an energetic hike to discover areas of Castle Farm that are not usually accessible and enjoy stunning views across the valley during this beautiful season.
This hiking tour starts at 10am involves up to 3km of walking (including steep hills and uneven ground) at an active pace and lasts approximately 2-2.5hrs, with opportunities to pause as a group and learn more about the farm and local area. The tour will conclude at our packhouse.
Hike includes a complimentary warm drink and lavender shortbread.
£14.00 inclusive of a £1 booking fee.
Event Suitability & Accessibility
- Not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
- The route is not suitable for pushchairs.
- Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome unless otherwise stated for a specific event.
- A moderate level of fitness is required to take part.
- Please wear sturdy walking boots.
- Dress appropriately for the weather conditions on the day, as events may take place outdoors and proceed in varying weather.
