🎉 Birthday Parties - Includes 20 general admission tickets to the farm plus the use of the private party barn for 2 hours. You and your guests can stay longer at the farm (as many hours as your group wants to enjoy all the activities), but use of the party barn is limited to 2 hours to gather, do presents, and have a central covered meeting area with picnic tables. You are allowed to bring in presents and a cake if you book a party. No other food or drink is allowed inside the farm:  our only exception is for the birthday party cake if you are booking a party with us. When booking, select your preferred date and time for your party and select ONE (1) Party package: comes with 20 general admission tickets. You will then have the option to add on more admissions if you have more than 20 guests. Fall Farm Tours & Field Trips. Time frame: Morning Tour 9:30am-11:30am, Afternoon Tour Noon-2:00pm  $9/ student and $7/ guest, parent, siblings ages 3 and up (2 years old and under are free). No charge- teachers & bus drivers. Minimum of 40 students required to book and hold your trip.  If you have over 40 students, you can add additional students when you first make your booking or we can manually update your booking if let us know as soon as possible. We can accommodate larger class sizes up to 200, but please let us know those details when booking. When you book your trip, it will ask you to estimate the number of students, additional guests, and teachers attending. If you have any questions or concerns while booking, please text 325-370-5159. If your school requires invoicing and paying by check, please look at available dates on the square booking page and then contact us directly and we will prepare you an invoice for the requested date.   If you have under 40 students  but still wish to book, that is perfectly fine. Please reach out to our Event Manager via email at eventsdvf@gmail.com and she will reach out to help you book your group. Please note: for groups with under 40 students you will be paired with one or more other school groups to get closer to our 40-student minimum. Add-ons: mini pumpkins and mini ice creams can be added to your booking for $2.50 each. While pumpkins can be purchased individually on the farm day-of after your tour, mini ice creams must be ordered ahead of time, as our kitchen is not open during Field Trip days. Again—Parents and siblings who decide to accompany the group will be $7 and can be collected separately at the beginning of the tour as they arrive.  There is no parking fee.  We will have prepackaged snacks and drinks as well as shopping available in the farm store for parents and guests, but the full farm store kitchen and ice cream machines will not be open on field trip days. BOOKING NOTICE: you must book your Field Trip at least a week before you plan to arrive on the farm. We have to have enough notice to prepare any add-ons for your visit and have enough time to schedule enough staff to be present to make your experience as smooth, educational, and enjoyable as possible. If you give us less than a week's notice, we will ask you to choose a different day & time slot. CANCELLING & REFUNDS: Field Trips may be cancelled 14 days or more prior to your field trip date with no penalty. If you fail to cancel 14 days prior, you agree to pay in full for your field trip. If you are a no show for your reserved field trip, the deposit will not be refunded. Exceptions can be made for cancellations due to inclement weather. We will try to work with you to reschedule if we deem the weather is not conducive to having a field trip that day. If we are unable to reschedule, then the deposit may be refunded on a case-by-case basis.
