After this time, your ticket will either be forfeit or you can send someone in your place. Please note this is a strict policy as last-minute cancellations directly affect our small business and the staff involved in assisting at events.

If you can be accommodated on another painting night, then we will offer you those, dependent on availability, as a substitute. This is dependent on availability and notice given. It may not always be possible to defer to another date, and is at our discretion. If you defer to another date and are subsequently unable to attend that event, no refund or further exchange can be given.

If I am unwell and unable to deliver a painting event, your booking will be postponed to another date on the same day at the same venue. If you prefer, your booking can be transferred to a different event in the future where tickets are available.
