If you’ve ever heard me talk about Great Hetherington and thought, “ I need to know more about this!” Then here’s your chance to make your own Great Hetherington Advent Calendar over a few weeks during November, so that you’re ready for the Christmas countdown to begin. To book, please pick the first available date ( 1st November) but put all the other dates in your diary - we can’t do this in just one or two weeks! 

You’ll each receive a half round of beautiful smooth wood, on which, week by week, you’ll paint 24 houses and a church. Adding Christmassy features like trees and snowmen, fairy lights and snow topped houses, we’ll muse about the Sparrow and Fall paint charts, wonder about the configuration of the houses and add thoughtful details like garlands and climbing plants, steps and railings, extensions, orangeries, greenhouses, post offices, pubs, hotels and of course the village church as number 24. You can come armed with photos of your village to use in your advent calendar or completely make it up, the choice is yours. 

⭐️⭐️WHEN BOOKING PLEASE REMEMBER ⭐️⭐️

⭐️ book the first date - that will mean you’re booked for the four dates for your Advent Calendar 

⭐️you are signing up for something which will take four weeks to complete (and this is why I sell them for £150 each on Etsy!) Please make sure that you can attend all four events 

⭐️ if you can’t attend one week, you might be able to squeeze in on the alternative day (Friday evening or Sunday afternoon) but please message me to arrange this 

⭐️ this is unique chance for you to make an heirloom piece which will hopefully become a much-loved family tradition 

⭐️ there is an option to buy some acrylic paints for if you would like to work on your calendar at home, between classes. Please add this at checkout if you’d like to order one.
