CIDER EVENTS TICKET SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern
the purchase and use of tickets for an event ("Event"), organised by Saxbys
Cider ("Organiser", "we", "us", or
"our"). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Ticket Purchase
2.1 All ticket sales are subject to availability.
2.2 Tickets may only be purchased through authorised
sales channels.
2.3 A booking fee, transaction fee, or other charges
may apply and will be displayed before purchase.
2.4 Once a ticket purchase is completed, the purchaser
is responsible for ensuring that all ticket details are correct.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
3.1 All ticket sales are final. Tickets are
non-refundable except where required by law or as expressly stated in these
Terms.
3.2 Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred to another
event, or converted into credit unless authorised by the Organiser.
3.3 If the Event is cancelled in its entirety and not
rescheduled, ticket holders may be entitled to a refund of the face value of
the ticket only. Booking fees, travel costs, accommodation costs, and other
consequential expenses will not be refunded unless required by law.
3.4 If the Event is postponed, rescheduled, partially
cancelled, or materially altered, the Organiser reserves the right to determine
the applicable refund or transfer policy.
4. Admission
4.1 A valid ticket must be presented for entry.
4.2 Tickets may not be duplicated, copied, resold for
commercial gain, or transferred in breach of these Terms.
4.3 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse
admission or remove any person from the Event without refund for behaviour that
is unsafe, illegal, disruptive, abusive, or otherwise breaches these Terms.
4.4 Entry may be subject to security checks, including
bag searches.
5. Age Restrictions
5.1 Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied
by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult aged 25 years or older.
5.2 Valid identification may be required to verify age.
5.3 Alcohol sales and consumption are subject to
applicable laws and licensing requirements.
6. Event Changes
6.1 The Event lineup, schedule, attractions,
facilities, and venue arrangements are subject to change without notice.
6.2 The Organiser does not guarantee the appearance of
any specific performer, artist, speaker, or attraction.
6.3 No refunds shall be provided due to changes in
performers, schedules, or supporting acts unless required by law.
7. Weather and Outdoor Event Risks
7.1 The Event is an outdoor event and may proceed
regardless of weather conditions.
7.2 Attendees accept that weather conditions may affect
the Event experience.
7.3 Tickets will not be refunded due to adverse weather
unless the Event is cancelled by the Organiser.
8. Health and Safety
8.1 Attendees must comply with all safety instructions,
venue rules, and directions given by Event staff, security personnel, emergency
services, and authorised representatives.
8.2 Attendees participate at their own risk and are
responsible for their own personal safety and belongings.
8.3 The Organiser reserves the right to prohibit items
deemed dangerous, illegal, or unsuitable.
9. Prohibited Items
The following items are be prohibited, subject to venue
rules and applicable laws:Weapons

substances / Fireworks,
flares, or explosives / Glass
containers / Drones / Professional
recording equipment without accreditation / Any
item that may cause harm, nuisance, or disruption
The Organiser reserves the right to confiscate
prohibited items or deny entry.
10. Photography and Recording
10.1 Attendees may be photographed, filmed, or recorded
while attending the Event.
10.2 By attending, attendees grant the Organiser the
right to use such recordings for promotional, marketing, commercial, and
archival purposes without compensation.
10.3 Personal photography for non-commercial use is
generally permitted unless otherwise notified.
11. Liability
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the
Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, theft, expense,
delay, inconvenience, or other claim arising from attendance at the Event.
11.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits
liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any
liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11.3 Attendees are responsible for safeguarding their
personal property at all times.
12. Force Majeure
The Organiser shall not be liable for cancellation,
postponement, interruption, or alteration of the Event caused by circumstances
beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather,
natural disasters, public health emergencies, government actions, labour
disputes, civil unrest, terrorism, or failures of utilities or transport
infrastructure.
13. Data Protection
13.1 Personal information will be collected and
processed in accordance with the Organiser's Privacy Policy.
13.2 Information may be used for ticket administration,
customer service, event management, legal compliance, and marketing where
consent has been provided.
14. Resale and Transfer
14.1 Unauthorised resale of tickets is prohibited.
14.2 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any
ticket that has been resold in breach of applicable laws or these Terms.
14.3 Any approved ticket transfer process must be
completed through authorised channels.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in
accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
