Step out of the daily routine and into the woods for a completely different kind of evening.
The Philosopher’s Dome is a weekly gathering for anyone curious about the big questions of life, stripped of all the complicated academic jargon. Hosted inside a cozy geodesic dome hidden in the trees, each 90-minute session brings together a small group of just 10 local voices around a roaring wood-burning stove.
Each week features a brand-new theme based on real-life dilemmas—like how we handle sudden changes, or how we define what we owe to our community. We use simple language, a bit of common sense, and contrasting ideas from famous thinkers, poets, and modern figures to kick-start a relaxed, honest discussion.
There are no lectures, no textbooks, and no wrong answers. Whether you want to share your perspective or just sit back by the fire and listen to a great chat, your voice and life experience are entirely welcome here. Come join us for hot drinks, good company, and a chance to think out loud.
Please note: Spaces are strictly limited to 10 seats around the stove per session.
Booking is essential.
