- Gift cards are redeemable online
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash
- Gift cards are not refundable
- Gift cards are not replaceable if lost or stolen

Rescheduling & Cancellations Policy. To cancel or reschedule your booking, you do so via your confirmation email up to 3 days before the date of your booking. In all other circumstances, we can not offer refunds.
To obtain a refund or credit for a Private or Sauna Social session you must give adequate notice as detailed below.
Please note a 5 EUR Cancellation Fee will be applied to all refunds.
Refund: Minimum 4 days notice required to cancel your session and obtain a refund of the session cost minus a 5EUR.
Cancellation Fee Reschedule: Minimum 24 hours notice required to reschedule your session to another date/time Unless otherwise stated in the booking information.
For Special Events, the cancellation policy for our Special Events is as follows: Refund: Minimum 4 days notice required to cancel your session and obtain a refund of the session cost minus a 5EUR Cancellation Fee
Reschedule: Minimum 48 hours notice required to reschedule your session to another date/time If due to unforeseeable circumstances we need to cancel your session, you will be notified by email and will receive a full refund or credit.
We reserve the right to make changes to the schedule at short notice.
TIGH’N ALLUIS operators reserve the right to refuse admission to intoxicated persons or for other reasons that may be deemed a health and safety risk.
Refunds will not be offered to anyone refused admission.
