Higher Farm Sauna
Pirts Sauna Ritual
Rambling Hearth are excited to welcome Stephanie Wehowski, who will host a Pirts sauna session at Higher Farm. Pirts is an ancient European sauna and healing ritual that is practised in the Baltic region. During the session, you will work with whisks from birch trees, creating a multi-sensory lymphatic massage and heat treatment for the body. After the session, you will emerge feeling deeply cleansed and renewed — physically, emotionally and energetically. ✨ Join us for this unique sauna experience. ✨ The session will be 1.5 hour for £35.00 on Sunday 8th November at 17:00. What to Bring With You Two towels — one to sit on in the sauna, and one to dry off afterwards Slip-on shoes or sandals. Swimwear (recommended under your clothes for ease of changing) A water bottle to stay hydrated
