What to Expect There's nothing quite like it. You'll cycle between the deep, wrapping heat of a proper wood-fired sauna and the bright, refreshing hit of a cold shower or plunge, a rhythm that leaves you feeling completely reset, tingly and alive. And yes, even in the heat. Counter-intuitive as it sounds, a sauna is glorious on a hot day. The heat-then-cool cycle can help your body regulate its temperature, so you step out feeling cooler, calmer and more refreshed than when you went in. It's the ultimate way to soothe tired festival legs, ease off a busy day and float back to your tent feeling brand new. Think of it as hitting the reset button: steam, stillness and a proper moment for you. What's Included Every booking is a full 75-minute experience, with everything you need: Time to change and get settled before your session begins Time to heat up and cool down, giving your body a chance to reset between each round Access to our outdoor showers, with hot and cold water Access to the changing room Water and aromatic oils provided inside the sauna to pour over the hot stones and create that gorgeous burst of steam (löyly) Electrolytes and water on hand to keep you hydrated Towel hire, in case you forget a spare to sit on Sauna hats to borrow for your session A water station with cups What to Bring Two towels — one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry off afterwards Slip-on shoes or sandals for walking between the sauna and showers A water bottle to keep topped up Booked In? You can arrive anytime during the block and leave when the bell is rung.
