Join us for our October Mom Boss Meetup, part of our River & Root Community Gatherings! These casual gatherings bring moms together beyond the walls of River & Root to connect, share experiences and support one another. Our Mom Boss Meetups are designed for moms of little ones ages 0–4 who are also business owners, entrepreneurs, creatives or simply dreaming about building something of their own. Whether you're running a full-time business, juggling a side hustle or exploring a new idea, this is a welcoming space to meet other moms navigating similar paths.

This month, we're excited to gather at Meraki Market in the heart of downtown Haddonfield! This local shop is filled with plants, crystals, unique gifts, home décor and thoughtfully curated treasures. We're especially excited to be hosted by Madison, a fellow local mom raising a little one of her own!✨ 

We're adding something special to this month's meetup! Madison will guide us through a hands-on spell jar workshop, where we'll take a little time to reflect on our goals, set intentions and create our own little jars to take home.

Whether you're setting intentions for your business, your family, your personal growth or simply this next season of life, it's a fun opportunity to slow down, get creative and think about what you'd like to welcome into your life.

We're planning this as a shared group experience and really encourage everyone to participate! The workshop is an additional $15 per person, which covers all materials and Madison's time guiding us through the activity. It's also a wonderful way to support the local mom-owned business welcoming us into her space.

That said, we never want an additional cost, or a particular activity that isn't your thing, to be the reason you miss out on connecting with other moms. You're absolutely welcome to join us for the meetup without making a spell jar!

$10 to attend, which includes coffee and fresh bagels from a local bagel shop. Your registration also helps support the mom-owned small business that organizes and keeps these monthly community gatherings going!

Spell Jar Group Workshop: +$15 per person ($25 total)
Includes all materials, guided intention-setting and your own spell jar to take home. We encourage everyone to join in, but participation is not required.

We aim to create a relaxed space where moms can truly connect, focus and feel supported without the usual distractions. If you're able to attend solo, we really encourage it so you can make the most of this time just for you. Of course, if childcare doesn't line up perfectly, little ones are welcome. Just let us know in advance so we can plan the space accordingly.
