Use that code to reserve each individual class you’d like to attend through our regular class calendar. Your Flex Pass does not automatically reserve a spot in any class. All reservations are subject to class availability. Because our classes are intentionally small, we strongly recommend booking the classes you want in advance, especially for classes that tend to fill. If your plans change, you may modify your reservation up to one hour before the class begins and move your booking to another eligible class with availability. As long as you modify your reservation within that window, you will not lose that use of your Flex Pass. Fall Flex Pass Policies Fall Class Flex Passes may be used for eligible classes offered during the Fall Flex Pass period, September 21 through October 30 . All unused class credits expire at the end of the Fall Flex Pass period and have no remaining value after October 30 . Unused credits cannot be transferred to Open Play, events, parties, future class sessions, gift cards, or other River & Root purchases. If a class is full, Flex Pass holders must choose another available class or date. Missed classes or reservations not modified within the allowed 24-hour window will count as one use of the pass. Flex Passes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Class schedules, instructors, availability, and offerings may change during the season. The Fall Class Flex Pass is designed for families who want the flexibility to explore River & Root classes at their own pace while still saving when purchasing multiple classes at once. 🤍
