Glide into the festive season with a 45-minute skate session on our ice rink at The Winter Gardens.

Skate hire is included in every ticket, so just turn up, lace up and get on the ice.

Good to know

• Sessions start on the hour and last 45 minutes, with a 15-minute changeover between sessions
• Children under 13 must skate with an adult
• Skate aids are available for children up to 1.4m
• Under 3s are not permitted on the ice
• Child tickets are for ages 3 to 12
• Family ticket covers 2 adults and 2 children
  
  

Refunds, exchanges and resalesTickets are non-refundable except when an event is cancelled. Sessions are non-refundable or transferable, and we cannot compensate for any skate sessions missed unless it is the fault of the ice rink or event.It is your responsibility to check that the session or event has not been cancelled. Information will be made available by the organisers as soon as reasonably practicable on the website or at the venue.If a session is rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered an equivalent value ticket for the new dates or times. If you cannot make the new dates or times, you will be entitled to a refund for the face value of the tickets. Refund requests must be submitted up to 48 hours before the rescheduled session. Refund requests submitted after this cannot be honoured.
