Refunds, exchanges and resalesTickets are non-refundable except when an event is cancelled. It is your responsibility to check that the event has not been cancelled. Information will be made available by the organisers as soon as reasonably practicable on the website or at the venue.If the event is rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered an equivalent value ticket for the new dates or times. If you cannot make the new dates or times, you will be entitled to a refund for the face value of the tickets. Refund requests must be submitted up to 48 hours before the rescheduled date. Refund requests submitted after this cannot be honoured.
