No problem — you’re welcome to enjoy your booth without taking part in the entertainment. What’s included Your pre-booked package gives you the best seats in the house for 90 minutes, plus your choice of 2 Lager or Cider Towers, or 2 Bottles of Prosecco. Please note that access to the top floor is via stairs only . Your booth will be held for 15 minutes from the start of your allocated time slot, after which we reserve the right to release it and may be unable to accommodate your party. Due to our licensing restrictions, guests under 18 are not permitted in the Alpine Lodge after 6pm, or on the top floor at any time. We kindly ask that you bear this in mind when planning your visit. For the comfort and safety of all our guests, pets are not permitted on the top floor of the Alpine Lodge.

Welcome to the Alpine Lodge Ultimate Gondola Enjoy your own private, heated gondola on the popular front decking of the Christmas in Bournemouth Alpine Lodge. Seating up to 12 guests, the Ultimate Gondola is available to book for 90 minutes and is the perfect spot to enjoy the festive atmosphere in style. What’s included Your booking includes: 2 x large beer towers of Amstel or Cruzcampo 1 x dispensing flask of Mulled Wine or Cider 24 drinks in total Looking for non-alcoholic options? Just speak to our team on arrival and we’ll be happy to arrange a swap. Additional information: 18+ only after 6pm: Guests must be aged 18 or over to remain on site after 6pm. Step into the magical world of Christmas with Storytime with Santa.  Settle in for a cosy festive session as Santa brings some of his favourite Christmas stories to life, sharing magical tales from the North Pole. There’ll also be plenty of time to ask Santa all your Christmas questions, from how the reindeer fly to what really happens at the North Pole! A wonderful festive experience for little ones and a chance to make some special Christmas memories together. Each ticket includes access to the Storytime with Santa session. Please note that every person attending the session, including adults and children, requires a ticket. Accessibility  Our morning slots tend to be less crowded and therefore may be more suitable for children who struggle with crowds.  Only assistance dogs are permitted in Storytime with Santa. No other dogs or animals are allowed.

Swing into the Christmas spirit with Glow Golf! Set in the heart of Bournemouth's magical Lower Gardens, Glow Golf brings mini-golf to life with glowing golf balls, twinkling holes and plenty of festive sparkle. Includes access to the 18-hole Glow mini-golf course, a putter, glowing golf ball and scorecard. Check in at the Mini Golf Hut in the Lower Gardens. Operates in all weather - please dress warmly.

Get lost in the magic of Christmas Tree Wonderland!   Step into the heart of Bournemouth’s beautiful Lower Gardens and wander through an enchanting maze of real Christmas trees, twinkling lights and festive decorations. As you make your way through the magical woodland, each child will receive their very own postcard to write a special Christmas wish to Santa. Take your time exploring the maze, discovering magical moments and finding your way to Santa’s enchanting post box, where you can post your wish and send it all the way to the North Pole. A wonderful festive adventure for little ones and families, where every twist and turn brings a little more Christmas magic and every wish has a chance to make its way to Santa.
