- All bookings must be made through our official online booking system or at the entrance on the day of your visit.
- A booking is confirmed only once you receive a Booking Confirmation Email with your ticket reference.
- Please bring your booking confirmation (printed or on your device) on arrival.
2\. Entry Times & Admission
- Tickets are valid for entry on the date selected at the time of booking.
- All children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Puzzlewood operates a seasonal schedule. Tickets are available online when Puzzlewood is open. Please check our Opening Hours & Prices page for current dates and times.
3\. Cancellation & Refunds
- Tickets are non-refundable unless Puzzlewood cancels the visit due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., severe weather closures).
- If Puzzlewood cancels your visit, we will contact you with refund options or the chance to rebook.
4\. Changes to Bookings
- Changes to booking dates, times, or ticket types may be possible subject to availability and may incur an administration fee.
- Any changes must be requested in writing or via the booking system prior to the original visit date.
5\. Site Conditions
- Puzzlewood is ancient woodland with uneven, steep, and sometimes slippery paths — All visitors must stay on the paths and suitable footwear is strongly recommended.
- Pets are not permitted, except for assistance dogs.
- Entry may be refused or revoked if visitors fail to comply with our terms or behave in a way that may endanger others.
6\. Weather & Safety
- For safety reasons, Puzzlewood may close without notice during severe weather.
- In the event of an official closure, booked tickets will be refunded or you will be offered an alternative date.
7\. Group & School Visits
- Special terms apply for group and school bookings — please contact us in advance to arrange and confirm pricing, dates, and risk assessments.
8\. Filming & Photography
- Personal photography for private use is welcome; however, professional filming or commercial photography requires prior written permission and may incur additional fees.
- The use of drones, tripods and any equipment that blocks the paths or may endanger others is strictly prohibited.
- Puzzlewood reserves the right to stop any photography or filming and to ask visitors to leave the site if these rules are breached or behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate.
9\. Acceptance of Terms
- By booking with us, you agree to comply with all site rules and this Booking Policy.

- Gift cards are redeemable online
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash
- Gift cards are not refundable
- Gift cards are not replaceable if lost or stolen
