Our season passes provide excellent value for money and allow you to see Puzzlewood as it evolves from fragrant wild garlic in the spring to fantastic fungi in the autumn. A dream for nature lovers and photographers or anyone wanting to escape into our magical woodland again and again. A season pass allows unlimited access during our opening dates and times. This means after 3 visits any further trips are essentially FREE! If you are buying as a gift please see our 'Gift Card' page instead. This ensures ID will match the details of the pass on our system at check-in. 

Validity

1 year after purchase date. Visits must take place within this period.

  • Your Puzzlewood Season Pass is for General Admission for the named pass holder only during our published opening dates and times.
  • Your pass will automatically expire at the end of the 12-month validity period.
  • A clear ID photo of the named pass holder must be added at the time of purchase.
  • If booking online please enter your unique code at payment for the discount to be applied.
  • Special events, experiences and add-ons are excluded and may be subject to additional fees.
  • Season passes are non-transferable and may only be used by the named pass holder.
  • The pass must be presented upon entry when requested.
  • Temporary closures due to maintenance, weather or unforeseen circumstances do not entitle the holder to a refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused time, missed visits, weather conditions or temporary closures.
