Coasteering

Coasteering

Join us to discover the best parts of the Newquay Coastline from a unique perspective. Our lead instructors are qualified lifeguards and have over 10 years experience running Coasteer sessions along this stretch of coast so you are in the safest of hands! Our Coasteer sessions last approximately 3 hours. During this time you will be asked to complete a registration form, you will be supplied  with the necessary kit and safety equipment for your experience, (you will need to bring trainers or wetsuit boots - beach shoes or Crocs are not suitable for this experience) and be given a safety briefing to explain what is going to happen and what is expected of you.  We will then proceed to the water where you will experience the unique power and beauty of the Atlantic Ocean like never before.  We may take you through caves, over cliffs and travel round the coast for almost a mile,  Your in-water experience will last approximately 2 hours, during which time you may encounter a vast array of marine life including sea birds, seals, star fish, crabs, jellyfish, and if you are exceptionally lucky, maybe a dolphin in the area!  We will find safe places for you to test your mettle as you jump from varying heights into the ocean.  (This is a challenge by choice activity - if you do not wish to jump, this does not preclude you from participating but we do encourage every client to step outside of their comfort zone and give it a go!) Please note that the youngest age we can take is 8 years old. There is no upper age limit - we have Coasteered with at least one 75 year old so there are no excuses!! We will take photos and videos of your experience and provide them to you at no extra cost.  We may use some of these photos in promotional material and on the website. If you do not wish to have photos taken, or you do not wish us to use photos of your group for publicity purposes, there is an opt out clause on the registration form. Don't delay! Sign up for what will be a truly memorable experience with Accessible Adventure!   Inclusions What's Included 🧰 Equipment - : Wetsuit, Buoyancy Aid, Helmet and Rash Vest 📋 Other - : Photos and Videos of your experience   What you'll need 🧤 Warm Clothing 📋 Other - : Swimsuit, towel, lace up trainers or wetsuit boots.
